Quarterly Executive Summaries / Custom Market Surveys
These reports focus on existing and projected supply/demand balance in the office, retail and industrial markets in the Las Vegas Valley. The supply analysis deals on a building-specific basis, including existing, under construction and planned projects. The demand analysis contains absorption estimates tied to region-specific economic and demographic trends. Synthesizing supply and demand conditions provides the context in which proposed developments can be meaningfully evaluated.

Metro Area Profiles
This product provides an integrated view of metropolitan area trends and patterns. They provide a comprehensive view of economic and demographic forces, the institutional/political context, existing and projected market conditions and areas of significant development opportunity (or liability) in a given region.
