Skills and Experience:

We are seeking a professional Senior Research Analyst at our headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. Qualified candidates will possess the following:

College degree required, preferably: a MA or MS in economics, real estate, planning, finance or urban studies; two years real estate research and analysis experience. The candidate must be self-starter able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a multitasking, fast paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective interaction and communication with others are a must. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, ACCESS and/or Powerpoint). Strong quantitative foundation, research acumen and attention to detail are necessary.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying and tracking commercial and residential market trends and conditions for select markets. Collecting, inputting, analyzing and professionally presenting relevant data as needed are also important. The candidate must work closely with the principle of firm in defining, populating and maintaining proprietary market information databases: including property profiles, lease comparable data and market statistics. The candidate is expected to participate in the preparing and writing of market studies, white papers, research briefs, presentations and proposals.
