KTR Capital Partners bought a 4-year-old, 72,048-square-foot industrial building, on 4.25 acres, inside Park West Business Center at 6445 Montessouri Street in Las Vegas for $4.5 million, or $63 per square foot, from Sunset Logistics Center LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce Real Estate Solutions’ Susan Borst and Mike Hillis represented the seller.
