RCG’s Clark County (Nevada) Job Index is based on Clark County’s employment-to-workforce ratio (Source: Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation). The ratio is indexed to a baseline of 100 in December 1998. December 2008 had the highest ratio (January 1990 and YTD) and is used as the base-year.
