To protect your investment and to continue providing you with quality commercial market data at a reasonable price, Restrepo Consulting LLC (RCG) and Colliers International (Colliers) has implemented some important and beneficial changes to our Quarterly Surveys’ distribution procedures. These changes will go into effect with your 4th Quarter 2006 Market Surveys and/or Executive Summaries.

Essentially, your quarterly product will be distributed as a PDF file displayed over a secure viewer (developed by File Secure Pro).

Some of the security features in the file includes but are not limited to:

• Restricting online report viewing to registered users
• Limiting the number of prints.
• Copy and paste disabled
• Screen print disabled

However, the report will look the same and have all the same information you have come to rely on.
